Jeffrey is a Manager in the Advisory-Forensics practice at PwC with 6 years of experience in the fields of forensic investigations, malware capability, cybercrime and information security consulting.

He has led multiple computer forensic investigations dealing with PCI/PII data breaches, intellectual property theft, insider threats, extortion, and economic espionage.  Jeffrey has investigated cases in areas of Retail, Manufacturing, Engineering,Financial and the Healthcare industries.  He has responded to numerous crisis incidents and helped organizations worldwide.

At PwC, Jeffrey advises clients on cyber threats, detection, incident response, and insider threat investigations. His recent investigative engagements include responding to data breaches targeting network penetration and Intellectual Property theft by a state-sponsor at engineering and investment banking corporations. Prior to PwC, Jeffrey was a computer forensic lead at General Dynamics Cyber Incident Response Team.

Prior to forensics Investigation, Jeffrey was an enterprise system admin as well as performed System Engineering work focused on system security hardening for 8 years.

Prior to General Dynamics, Jeffrey was with the Ventura County District Attorney's Office investigating Fraud and major crimes cases for 7 years.

He has a BA in Information Systems, is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and a California licensed Private Investigator.

Jeffrey has spoken on a number of cyber security related topics such as Incident Response Planning, Attack of the Clouds - Virtual Privacy & Online Security,Analysis and Menory Analysis and Malware Triage and Anatomy of an APT Attack.
