Ms. Daniel’s technology career has spanned both corporate and government sectors. In 1992, she founded IMRI to provide technical support for the Southern California Resolution Trust Corporation's (RTC) legal litigation teams. Her leadership, perseverance and vision expanded IMRI into systems integration during the Year 2000 crisis. Today IMRI delivers comprehensive cyber security, technology, program management and engineering capabilities and support services for the federal government and civilian agencies as well as the private sector. Ms. Daniel is responsible for managing the corporation’s strategic vision.
Prior to founding IMRI, Ms. Daniel served in the U.S. Navy and had a lengthy corporate career with positions ranging from mainframe programming to chief information officer for such companies as Aerojet General, Bekins Transportation, ARCO, IBM and FDIC.
A published author and frequent speaker, Ms. Daniel co-authored two books entitled, On the Other Side of Midnight 2000, An Executive Guide to the Year 2000 Problem and recently released Million Dollar Conversations. She has been quoted as an industry spokesperson for a variety of publications and has been featured numerous times on the “Inside OC” program on KOCE-TV, the nation's sixth-most watched public television station.
Ms. Daniel has received a number of honors and awards for her business acumen and accomplishments including the 2013 SBA Small Minority Business of the Year and The National Living History Maker Entrepreneur Award sponsored by Turning Point Magazine and Wells Fargo Bank.
Ms. Daniel graduated with honors earning her bachelor’s degree in Information Systems from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona and her master's degree in Business Administration from the University of La Verne.
